WHY DID WE DEVELOP THIS PRODUCT?
After a lot of research, we decided to address these issues by offering people a “tool” to use in fighting for what is right. We identified certain crucial areas where we saw the need to assist people to get access to the best possible legal counsel at an affordable price or fee AND to assist them financially to overcome the initial stages after having been subjected to abuse or infringement.
HOW DO WE ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM?
The answer? The Invicta product! Our passion to make the legal process accessible to all started all the way back in 1989! Our first legal assist product was launched in 1989. Since then, we have been on the forefront of the development of products across a wide spectrum. The legal aid market segment has always been part of our fundamentals.
The answer lies in the identification of the “hotspots”. By way of a thorough needs identification process and after months and months of research, we managed to identify certain areas where ordinary people lack access to proper legal aid and more important, support structures to ensure proper assistance and care. Developments in society over the past number of years including ever deeper reaching tentacles of Government and Government agencies coupled with increased exploitation of unscrupulous lawyers formed in part the basis of our development platform. Our aim was to develop a real value product which is both affordable as well as capable of addressing the needs of society as a collective.
